This is what we can do for you on a yearly basis or if you are having some trouble with your panels just at the moment
We come to your School (all over Ireland) and do a complete interactive panel service in each classroom
We test all panel functions, including all HDMI interface connections
We test the sound , the touch function and all USB connections.
We update the firmware (internal software that brings the panel up to date and can repair some problems)
We test and verify that no connections or cables are faulty or damaged
We clean and disinfect the glass, the pens and the surrounds of each panel and
clean all sensors and fans that are clogged with dirt, grease or other build up (Think, spider webs etc ) .
We check the internal OPS Android system and clean-up files and disk spaces and ensure it’s properly setup and connected to the internet and on its latest version of software
We test the teachers computer and make sure they have the latest drivers for your panel and manufacturers software (Activinpire for Example) installed and even do a general PC checkup to make sure your Antivirus is working, Your windows is up-to-date, and you are not in danger of having your hard disk run out of space during the school Year
We then test your Wall mount or Height Adjustable system to certify its safe and in some cases, where we find a dangerous installation, like a 70KG Panel installed on a plasterboard wall, we offer a solution and advise you of the potential danger of continued use of same, We recognise the importance of safety both for your Staff and Children (I am sure you care about this too) and once all work is complete we will issue you with a report on every room as to how it is and any recommendations we have for you.
We then update your service history and verify if you have a warranty in place or not, if we find any issues during service that cannot be fixed, we will bring it forward for within warranty repair or outside warranty repair, if it can be repaired under warranty this is done free of charge and if not under warranty we will get you a quote for repair.
